Womens Ministry
Network

The Women’s Ministry Network of the Baptist Union aims to equip women to impact their world for Jesus Christ. We do this by focusing on the development of relevant skills to meet people at the point of their need, develop strategies to reach out to all people and share the Gospel with them, establish an enabling structure and process that is culturally relevant and ensuring the best use of all the Departments resources through Missions, Centenary Fund, Project Dorcas, College Bursary Funds, Pastor’s Wives, Leadership, Hidden Treasure (http://www.hiddentreasure.co.za) and the Maranatha Retreat and Conference Centre

Reload 2024 | Ladies Retreat

The Reload Conference is a ministry of the Womens Ministry Network of the Baptist Union of Southern Africa.  This conference was previously known as the Annual Seminar and started as a training event in the 1980’s.  The focus of the event this year will be different from previous years in that our focus will be on the participants attending the Conference. We are planning activities that will create an environment that will renew, refresh and restore delegates.

We present Hidden Treasure as a ministry to the poor, which was birthed through the example of the Early Church in Acts 2:44-45 and Acts 4:32-35. We accept responsibility as the Body of Christ in ministering to our pastoral families, widows, orphans and college students. We see the importance of taking the Gospel into prisons through Bible Way, offer help to selective women’s ministry projects and provide employment for some, through our shops. We encourage our pastors and churches to pray for and support this ministry of cheerful and generous giving. The financial blessing of Hidden Treasure Ministries have been felt by many since the opening of the first shop in East London, June 2003.
